Removing IE tracks and most of your local PC activity tracks is simple with this application that lacks some of its competitors’ features. Privacy Inspector erases the activity tracks normally left by Windows, such as your Recent Documents list, run history, find history, and the Recycle Bin. Like other privacy-protection programs, this one selectively deletes cookies and caches, and removes all histories, index.dat files, typed and visited URLs, autocomplete forms, and passwords. Unlike others, it does not remove information from any third-party applications. It has an intuitive, functional interface complete with skin changes. The application boasts several practical features such as password protection, the means to encrypt and decrypt files, and a boss key that hides your IE browser, desktop icons, taskbar, and actively running applications and will even mute the sound of hidden windows. Privacy Inspector runs on a 15-day trial. Although this program does not have all the local-tracks-clearing attributes of some others in its category, IE users may find it useful.

TreeSize Professional is a powerful and flexible harddisk space manager for Windows 200X/XP/Vista. Find out which folders are the largest on your drives and recover megabytes on your disks. TreeSize Professional shows you the size, allocated and wasted space, the number of files, 3D charts, the last access date, the file owner and permissions, the NTFS compression rate and much more information for several folders or drives you choose.
